We are an independent reseller of antivirus software in the United States. Please note that we are not the manufacturer or official brand owner of the antivirus products we sell.

1. Digital Products (Antivirus Software Licenses)

All antivirus software licenses and activation codes are delivered digitally (via email or customer account).

Once a license key or activation code has been issued or used, refunds and returns are generally not possible, as the product cannot be “returned” once delivered.

If you purchased a license key but have not yet activated or used it, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

2. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

You received the wrong product (different antivirus brand/version than ordered).

You did not receive your license key within the promised delivery time.

The license key provided was invalid or non-functional, and we are unable to replace it.

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase with proof of the issue (order confirmation, screenshots, or error details).

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If we sell any physical items (such as installation CDs, documentation, or bundled hardware), returns are accepted only if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

Activated or used license keys.

Expired license renewals.

Incompatibility with your device due to not meeting system requirements (please check compatibility before purchase).

Change of mind or accidental purchases after license delivery.
